Shipping Rates: $7.95 for orders up to $100. Free Shipping in the continental US for orders totaling over $100. Excludes Savvy Rest mattresses outside of our local area.

Shipping to Puerto Rico Alaska and Hawaii will incur further charges, we will contact you with the actual shipping charges before we finish processing your order. (All Savvy Rest Mattresses ship free within the continental US)

Earth Weave Natural Carpet orders are charged actual shipping from the manufacturer to you, and we will provide a quote before submitting the order.

Return Policy: Please contact us for a return authorization.We strive to offer you high quality products and excellent customer service. Everything we sell we use ourselves! If there is an error with your order, or if a product is defective, please contact us within 10 days to let us know. Unwashed, unused items may be returned for a store credit for purchase price less all shipping costs within 30 days of purchase. No Free Shipping on exchanges.  Items must be in resalable condition or the refund or exchange will reflect the resale value of the items returned. All sales are final on sale items. All sales are final on special orders and wholesale orders.

All bedding items, hydrosols, essential oils and personal care items, once opened , may not be returned.

Savvy Rest 90-Day Latex Exchange Policy

Most of the time, we are able to help you select the perfect configuration for your Savvy Rest mattress. That’s what our savvy is about. Your mattress is a long-term investment in your comfort and health, however, so we want to make sure you are comfortable for years—not minutes. This is one of the advantages of ordering a Savvy Rest.

You have 90 days from the date you receive your Savvy Rest mattress to be sure you’re happy with its firmness or softness. If you decide after a few nights or a few weeks that you’d like a layer to be softer or firmer than your original choice, just Contact Us.

We will ship you a replacement layer. Once it arrives, simply unzip the casing, remove the layer you’d like to replace, and return it to us in the same box. There is no charge for the latex, you pay only the cost of shipping to receive and return a layer. Shipping costs vary based on size; we will tell you the cost when you call to request an exchange.

The latex exchange policy is not a return policy. We do not accept returned mattresses or pillows. Savvy Rest’s latex exchange policy allows you to be confident you are receiving the finest in customized fit and customer service.

Privacy Notice: To ensure our customers privacy, we will never sell, loan, rent or give away your name, email, address or any other personal information to a third party. Some of our products ship from the manufacturer, and in this case we provide the manufacturer with your name and address.
