Our syrup comes from a third generation farm high in the hills of Barnet,
Vermont. The sugarbush is well tended and chemical free.
The maple syrup production is wood fired, in a stainless (ie *lead free*)
evaporator. This is unaltered sap , and it takes approximately 40 gallons of sap to make 1 gallon of delicious Maple syrup.
I will again have syrup in glass this year, and I will have it packed in bpa free glass mason jar quarts.(gallon orders will come in 4 qt mason jars) These sell out so please order ASAP- orders will ship in March.
The most economical way to order is to order a gallon in plastic. You can then transfer to glass when you receive it.

We mainly produce rich and delicious medium and dark amber. Please choose your preference and we will do our best to provide that choice. Nature ultimately determines what grade the syrup is, and it is always delicious!
Dark Amber Robust taste is what was formerly known as "Grade B".
